NETWORKING LEADERS

To connect district leaders for planning, encouragement, training, and sharing while allowing each church the freedom to develop local ministries appropriate to their unique situation as God leads.

Goal 1: To see our District Committee networked.

Goal 2: For the SPN network to meet three times this year.

Goal 3: To provide leadership appreciation events in our district.

UNITING CULTURES

To understand the times and cultural makeup of our District and discern the direction in which we should go. (1 Chronicles 12:32).

Goal 1: To bring together all cultural groups for a time of sharing and fellowship in a retreat setting.

Goal 2: Continue to build community with all ethnic groups and cultures in the District.

GLOBAL COMMITMENT

To partner with international workers through:

Goal 1: Prayer.

Goal 2: Practical refreshment so that they will be equipped and energized for their Mission.

Goal 3: Projects.
